I have been a Practitioner/ Teacher of Reiki for 15 years and I am part of the Reiki Lineage. I pass on to my students and clients the original and correct teachings of Reiki.
A Reiki Treatment will work deeply within the emotional body and allow the body to release, which is the most important area to work with, in any therapy, in order to start the healing process.
Reiki will treat the whole person; by this I mean, the physical body as well as the emotional and the spiritual, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
A Treatment can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through and around you. Many clients have reported having miraculous results from their Reiki Treatment whilst others have experienced major shifts in their emotional or spiritual self. Each person experiences their individual healing because no two people are alike.
I have never know there to have been any adverse reactions from a Reiki Treatment.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. Reiki will also work in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on a belief at all, and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.
